GreenEvents Europe Conference 2013

Posted on November 1st, 2013 at 5:21 pm

The weird GreenEvents family meets again! Please join us!

The Green Music Initiative will participate in the 4th edition of the GreenEvents Europe Conference on Nov 25th and 26th 2013 in Bonn. The programme is almost complete, the speakers’ list is extraordinary, including Yourope members, GO Group experts, Green Music Initiative’s founder Jacob Bilabel and many more. We will be there with the GMI team and look very much forward to meeting you all there!

GreenEvents Europe presents an outstanding line-up at Europe’s leading conference for sustainability in the live music and event industry. As in the previous years the conference will offer high-level inputs by speakers of international reputation, while focussing on practical relevance and direct applicability. Please meet speakers from pioneering institutions such as Green Music Initiative, A Greener Festival, Powerful Thingking, Slow Food network, Fareshare and EnergieAgentur.NRW, experts and scientists from Bucks New University, Cologne University, Ökoinstitut, University Ulm and Kulturwissenschaftliches Institut Essen as well as top panellists from major events including Roskilde Festival, Rock Am Ring, Shambala Festival, Way Out West, We Love Art/We Love Green Festival, Rock For People , Cabaret Vert Festival, Exit Festival, Open Air St. Gallen and Evangelischer Kirchentag.

It is a great chance to connect with experts and professionals involved in event organisation, listen to other participant’s opinions, start or expand your networks as well as to exchange knowledge and best practise ideas. There will be many opportunities for networking and interaction at the conference and additional programme including the famous GreenEvents Dinner (kindly hosted by Yourope) or the sunday evening warm-up.
For newcomers: There will be a Beginner Workshop on Green Event Management for participants with no or little knowledge prior to the regular conference on Sunday Nov 24th, afternoon.

Register here now! There are special offers for Yourope members, SfN-festivals and companies sending more than one delegate. As the variety of addressed topics requires the organisation of multiple sessions and workshops in the same time slots, form a team or bring a colleague to be able to join all discussions.

Please find the latest program (subject to changes) here.
